Let’s tend to you together.

Our first counselling session will be 90 minutes. This gives me time to get to know you, what brings you to counselling and your goals. It also gives you time to feel if my approach is what you need.

Subsequent sessions are 60 minutes or 90 minutes.

Fees

My fee is $160 per hour inclusive of HST.

You can pay for your appointment via Etransfer or credit card. Payment is due at the end of the appointment.

If you’d like to claim your appointment under your insurance benefits, check if your insurance provider covers Registered Psychotherapists from the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). 

I offer in-person appointments at 430 Waterloo Street in London, Ontario near downtown.

Transit routes 2, 20, 94 or 1 stop closest to the office. It is also a few blocks away from most routes that stop downtown on Queen St. or King St.

I work online and by telephone with my clients so you can have your sessions from the comfort of your home.

I require 48 hours notice to cancel a session without charge.
